DELIVERY AND RETURNS


DELIVERY

Dispatch of all orders is arranged through Australia Post. The freight charges for delivery (unless otherwise notified), and the estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

Domestic - $10 delivery 3-4 days. Platinum Express Post.
International - $25 delivery 5-7 days. EMS International Courier.

  • Larger orders will incur additional freight charges which will be confirmed and agreed with you in writing prior to processing your orders.
  • We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 days of confirmation of payment. We will advise you by email of any unexpected delay.
  • Duties vary from country to country, and if you are charged duty, you are responsible for paying this before your goods are released from customs. Berzelli Swimwear is not responsible or liable for any duty payable on your order.
  • Please note: Berzelli Swimwear uses a signed form of delivery so that the delivery of orders can be tracked.

RETURNS

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new purchase, or you need to exchange for another size, you must contact customer service within 21 days from the date of dispatch and obtain a Return Authorization Number. 

  • We do not give refunds after 30 days from the date of dispatch, and will only issue credit after that time.
  • We will not be held responsible or liable for returned items that have not reached us. We therefore recommend that you send goods returned by a form of signed delivery such as registered mail within Australia, and registered airmail from outside Australia.
  • All returned items must be in “as new condition” with all swing tags and hygiene sticker intact.
  • Please include your Return Authorization Number, your refund or exchange requirements, postal address, email address, and reasons for return.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Once we have received your returned item and it has undergone a quality control check to ensure that it has not been worn, and that all the tags, including the hygienic strip are still in place, you will receive an email confirming the items returned and the details of any exchange or refund.
  • We aim to process your return within 3 - 5 days of us receiving the returned items, but will not be liable for any delays in processing your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Please note that depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to 14 days, but is typically a shorter period.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for items that have had tags or hygiene tags removed, have been worn, washed, have been damaged in any way, or have an unpleasant odour (such as tobacco or strong perfume).
  • Delivery costs cannot be refunded, except in the case where goods are deemed faulty.
  • We are not responsible for the freight costs for returning items to us, except in the case where goods are deemed faulty.
  • There will be no additional freight costs for exchanges within 30 days of the date of the initial order.
  • Additional freight costs may apply where additional items are purchased and included with an exchanged item.
